2. It has been 6 months or longer since your last colour with us.
3. You are 16yrs or younger or you are booking for someone 16yrs or younger.
4. You are looking for a colour correction, drastic change, or fashion colour.

EIKONIC SERVICE POLICY

All pricing for services are subject to change based on:

• Hair length
• Hair density
• Extra product usage
• Styling and finishing included in all services
• Eikonic Salon believes in a pricing system that reflects hair length and technical difficulty rather than gender for all offered services.
• We understand that everyone’s hair is different, which is why we strongly recommend a complimentary in-person consultation for all colour services.
• Your existing colour history as well as hair condition needs to be established before we can provide you with an accurate price quotation as well as commit to achieving your desired look.
• An in-person consultation appointments (15–30 minutes) does NOT include the actual service time, and that another appointment will be scheduled.
• A booking deposit of 50% of the total service cost may be required prior to appointment.

EIKONIC Salon & Barbershop requires a 24 hour notice for cancellation or changes to your scheduled appt to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests cancelling less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service.
When booking a same day appointment or within a 24 hour time frame, we kindly request that you provide us with 3 hours notice of any cancellation or change to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. EIKONIC Salon & Barebershop recognizes that although unforeseen emergencies do happen, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy when it has happened on more than one occasion. Please call or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments. As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and a cancellation fee.

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting the Salon are considered absentee and are subject to a cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

EIKONIC Salon & Barbershop aims to provide the highest quality of service. We require our guests to contact us within 1 week of the performed service if they believe the result is not in line with the agreed upon consultation. An appointment is then made to come in and consult with the salon manager and stylist at which time, an assessment will be done to determine if a correction service is necessary. Please keep in mind, going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired goal.

EIKONIC Salon & Barbershop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.

A sensitivity test will be required 48 hours in advance on selected colour services if you have not had your hair coloured with us before or in the last six months. Eikonic Academy has the right to refuse any colour service.

All services are performed by a team of passionate learners and educators. Senior Students, multiple levels of Stylists, Teaching Assistants, and Licenced Instructors.

Pricing varies by skill level and may adjust based on hair length, texture, thickness, or the work required.

Service timing depends on the stylist’s experience — If you’re on a tighter schedule, we recommend booking with a more experienced team member.

Our student salon is a collaborative and team working environment where students work together to carry out services. This means that it is common for multiple students to work on your service to provide you with the best possible experience.

Qualified Senior Level students are are nearing graduation and are perfecting their customer service skills – all supervised by our highly skilled, passionate, friendly instructor and Teaching Assistance.
