This Japanese Head Spa Hands-On training is ideal for hairstylists, salon owners, estheticians, massage therapists, wellness professionals, and anyone looking to add authentic Japanese Headspa services to their practice.

No previous headspa experience is required. The course is structured to accommodate both beginners and experienced professionals.

Module 1: Introduction to Japanese Head Spa Philosophy

History and evolution of the YUME method
Mind-body connection and the purpose of each phase
Japanese culture and traditions: The philosophy of healing and connection

Module 2: Scalp & Head Mapping + Consultation

Understanding scalp zones, head shapes, and tension areas

Yes. All sessions are delivered in English by certified Yume Educators.

The program is conducted over two full days (typically 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day, including breaks).

This Japanese head spa training program has been designed to be a techniques focused class. Approximately 70–80% of the course is dedicated to hands-on practice, including demonstrations and supervised partner training.

The workshop takes place at TB-Square Osaka (Takara Belmont headquarters showroom). The location is easily accessible by subway and a travel guide is provided after registration.

Is accommodation included in the course fee / where should I stay?
Accommodation is not included, but most students either stay in a hotel or Airbnb within one of the nearby neighbourhoods (Nippombashi, Namba/Minami, or Shinsaibashi).
All three areas are safe, centrally located, and within 5–15 minutes walking distance to TB-SQUARE.

If you prefer convenience and quiet, choose Nippombashi (5–7 min walk).
If you want easy access to restaurants and nightlife, stay in Namba.
If you enjoy shopping and boutique-style hotels, Shinsaibashi is a great option.

Just yourself and an open mind ready to learn! We provide all tools, towels, products and equipment. Comfortable attire is recommended for hands-on practice.

Yes. All participants who complete the full program will receive an official Yume Headspa Certificate issued by Takara Belmont and Eikonic Academy.

Yes. Payment plans are available for both international and domestic registrants. Please contact us after registration to arrange a flexible payment schedule.

Due to the high level of planning, venue coordination, and international facilitation required for this course in Japan, refunds are not available.
However, if you are unable to attend, we offer a one-time transfer of your registration to a future course date (subject to availability), provided you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the program.

We deliver training at both our Canadian college facility and through partnered international education facility in Japan (including TB-Square Osaka).
